GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS AND IDENTIFICATION
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") regulate the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer.

These T&C and the purchase agreement are concluded in the Czech language. This agreement contains an international element and is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
II. INFORMATION ON GOODS AND COPYRIGHT
1. Information on Goods and Prices
The Seller offers Printed Books (Physical Goods) and Ebooks (Digital Content). The prices of the goods are listed including VAT and all associated fees and packaging costs. Costs associated with the delivery of the goods will be automatically added in the shopping cart after selecting the specific delivery method and its current price.
2. Copyright and Author's Rights
All rights to the Ebooks, printed books, and website content belong to the Seller as the Author and Rights Holder (Magic Spark Books). The Buyer receives only a non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. Ebooks may not be distributed, sold, modified, or publicly presented.
III. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
The Buyer submits an order online. The validity of the order requires filling in all mandatory data and confirming that the Buyer has familiarized themselves with these T&C. The agreement is concluded upon the Seller's acceptance of the order.
IV. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS
1. Payment Methods The Buyer may pay the purchase price via bank transfer to the Seller's account [Account Number and Bank Name] or through a payment gateway [Name of payment gateway, e.g., GoPay].
2. Delivery of Goods
Printed Books (Physical Goods): Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer via a carrier [Insert Carrier Name, e.g., Zásilkovna, FedEx]. The Buyer is obliged to accept the goods and inspect the integrity of the packaging upon receipt.
Ebooks (Digital Content): Delivery is made electronically to the Buyer's email (usually within 5 hours, max. 24 hours) after payment is credited.
V. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (HYBRID REFUND RULES)
1. Right of Withdrawal A Buyer who concludes the purchase agreement as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the printed book.
2. Exception for Digital Content (CRITICAL) The Buyer cannot withdraw from the contract for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if it was supplied with the Buyer's prior express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and the Seller informed the Buyer that in such a case, the Buyer loses the right to withdraw (§ 1837 lit. l) of the Civil Code). By submitting an Ebook order, the Buyer agrees to immediate delivery and waives the right to withdraw.
3. Refunds If the Buyer withdraws from the contract (where permitted by law), the Seller shall refund all received funds within 14 days.
VI. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (COMPLAINTS)
1. Printed Books (Physical Goods) The Buyer may claim defects in physical goods within 24 months of receipt. The Seller must settle the claim, including defect removal, within 30 days.
2. Ebooks (Digital Content) In case of a defective digital file (e.g., corrupted file), the Buyer has the right to receive a new, functional Ebook file or a refund if the defect cannot be remedied.
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
Legal relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The competent body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
